This was my first time using Atmosphere for a furnace repair. It was easy to contact the office to book a service call with Karen. Their service tech John was dispatched out to my home a few days later. He arrived right on time, kept the work area clean tidy, and answered all of my questions. With the sudden cold snap, our furnace failed and temperature in the whole house dropped to below 10 Degrees celsius. Desperate for heat and concerned about the entire plumbing that was at risk of freezing, we sort a highly recommended professional team at Atmosphere Plumbing and Heating... In less than 2hrs, a Pair of professional, courteous and knowledgeable gentlemen, Jake and Larry, promptly assessed the job, informed us of what was needed to rectify the no heat issues with the furnace. We got more than heat back in the house. We got in-depth play by play on how furnace components work and how to keep things working in good order moving forward. Jake and Larry @ Atmosphere Plumbing and Heating, definitely understood the assignment and over delivered thereby Enhancing the Atmosphere in our Home! Thank you Guys!

We recently had Jake plumb our sink, install faucet and dishwasher to completed our Kitchen renovation. You could tell he had over 20 years of plumbing experience by his professionalism, attention to detail, and timely install. I found him to be very honest and price was as quoted. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing install or repair.

We started using Atmosphere a couple of years ago, mainly because they are in our neighbourhood. They were great for small plumbing issues, so we got them to do our furnace, tankless hot water, air conditioning and garage heater. They have always been very professional, show up when they say they will, and clean up after themselves. We have had great interactions with Rob, Karen and all the technicians. If you are in need of a great plumber/mechanical contractor, I highly recommend!

Rob and his team go over and above to get the job done properly and efficiently. We have had our furnace installed in our shop and central air installed this summer. Reasonable and quick. Then we had problem with our furnace in the house, we called Atmosphere and they helped us over the phone explaining what needed to be done and walked my husband through every step of the process. Even though it was after hours with this cold spell Rob took the time to get our furnace back up and running.We so appreciate the service from this company. They are always there to help whenever needed. They go above and beyond to help each and every customer. Thank you Atmosphere for all your work. You guys rock.

We had a heater and gas line installed to our detached garage. Had a problem during install, they came back and repaired it and did a great job in a timely manner. They leak tested everything and showed me that the unit started up and ran, and then ran it through another cycle for good measure. Installation of the line is in a very visible location and they did it very cleanly. Rob is true to his word and his guys including Jake and Larry are very good tradesmen and very professional as well.

Professional, efficient, and reliable services offered by Atmosphere Plumbing and Heating. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing and heating needs. We needed a hot water tank replaced (with the old one disposed off due to a crack in previous system) and the job was done within the day, in a timely and professional manner. This is the second time I have used Atmosphere Plumbing and both times have been excellent! Kyle replaced a water shut off valve and was extremely helpful in working with the city. The second time I had Rob AND kyle fix a leaky pipe and replace a hot water tank. They were extremely tidy, answered any questions and did am excellent job. I cannot recommend them enough.
